...retext there is lot of work when actually that work doesnt come under your role. In contract they dont even pay the leave accumulated, it only lapses if you dont take and they give you so much work that you cant take the leave. 9)Permanent staff can leave at normal hours but contract staff has to wait till late sometimes 11-11.30 pm. 10)Accounts department run by permanent ladies who hold control of the department and dont allow any new joinee to settle. Mentally you feel harrassed and you cant argue also since you are dealing with female staff. 11) Even you do good, they try to find fault with you. If you want to feel harassed without any fault of yours, then you are welcome to join

...take 2-3 days for completing a task. You can clearly spend all your career here. Your job will be safe but you will get peanuts in salary.

Dislikes

Salary is peanuts. No bonus. No increment. Everyone runs away from taking ownership of work. No digitalization. People have to get notes approved for taking a decision and that can take like ages. Work Culture is terrible. You will be asked to stay back exactly when the day is about to end as some "URGENT" task pops up out of nowhere.

I learn lot of from GMDC. How to manage team work and how to behave with lower level peoples like ITI &helper employees.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.
