...up is done on time. There are many comforts and facilities for the family also. 5)Salary is received on time. Every year there is increment on time. 6)The management of our company is very good. The HR and admin of our company is very nice. 7)overall I would rate our company 10 out of 10.

Dislikes

1) There are no such shortcomings in our GM group for which I can write this. It is not right to criticize any company just because of work pressure. There is work pressure everywhere in the textile industry. And without pressure no person or company can progress. 2)There is nothing wrong with our GM group. All things are very good. I know only one thing that we should never speak bad about the company and its owner whose stove burns with the blessings of our house.

The boss is a narcissist person, if you flirt and behave cute then you are given promotions and trainings for leadership programs. If you are a guy then you should agree to the what the boss says. If you are a family or family friend then you will be promoted with hikes and gifts. If you are a matured individual with career goals who cannot flirt with the boss then GM syntex is not the place to work. And work culture is so bad. No voice for the employees. No holidays, if you need holiday you will be asked 100 questions till the point you feel like you do not need a holiday

Horrible place to work with GM Syntex. People in GM gentex are ready to work others work they don't have any work and taking credit. Company director is worst. They both though they are great and they know every thing. Than why they hiring people to work in company.

As a textile designer you are able to try a lot of things since the founders appreciate it if you create difficult fabrics. Whether they sell or not, no one cares as long as you are able to drive the factory and sampling mad, you are great. So if you wish to experiment, then you are at the right place. Use the factory as your own lab and try shit that you could never try anywhere else. Moreover, no one will ask you for sales, the sales team will take the flak for your stupidity

Dislikes

Micro Management. The owners are micro managers and they have no respect for anyone working there. They love people who complain about others. They love people who are constantly blaming others for their inefficiencies. If you work as per their whims and fancies, then awesome. They have these "training sessions" where the agenda of the "coaches" is to make the owners look like mahatma and employees look like bad people. There is so much wrong with this company that I do not have enough words so I am stopping.
