...he company only look after people and employee that are close to the management. the company in the first month of pandamic cut 50% of every employees salary and 35% from the subsequent month. its not like the company suffered a lot of losses and hence such drastic step, infact after entering in to unlock phase the company still continue to deduct its employees money who were working from home out of compulsion. the company not only was unfair to its employee but at the same time was not concerned about how its employee would survive. the company then made separate unfair rules i.e, employee working from home still continued to have this deduction of 35% and the other employee who went to office got their full salaries, as if employee working from home were doing so out of choice. further note that the days the employee goes to office get the salary for the day as per the original package and for the day its working from home with the new package which was a deduction of 35%. Worst thing company even cut salary of employee who earned INR 20000/- and below that too. which was something unacceptable, further note that the company was not in losses. Further the work culture of this company is extremely sad and depressing, there is no corporate culture at all, everyone including the management encourages favoritism and provides unfair and undue advantages to employees, the company also ignores the wrong use of power and authority is done, which the management and HR completely ignores. Further note that the company gives no increment and no such growth in terms of monetary or work wise. Further I would never recommend anyone to join this company.
