Worst management.,. Low increment,.. No growth,. As an employee not satisfied.. 3 month notice period., Exit formality very tough... Organisation ask to sign 12 months bond on appraisal.,. Heavy Work load... Suggesting not to join. Sometime Saturday working but without OT.

They dont value their ex-employees and dues if any remaining from past will remain due if you leave organisation. I have been following up from HR from 2 months for my dues but they just do not reply on email. Now I dont need those, keep those with you. Please stop pushing people for positive reveiws if you cannot satisfy them.

My co-workers are always friendly, helpful and working hard. I always feel I can approach anyone in the company for advise, help or just to chat. Whenever I have ideas for improving anything I always get the chance to put it across and if it's valid I've always had the chance to implement it.
