The company ambiance is very pleasant, the company is very big and people are very polite.the company provide food for all its staff and labour at a very reasonable amount. The organization culture is aligned with the goal of the company. Many charity works are been done. Transport facility is available .

Dislikes

Workload is more because people are not well verse with english. Local language is difficult to understand. Hindi language is not spoken. The company location is far away from the urban area. Travel to the work place is very difficult if you miss the company transportation.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
