Managers rules in glowroad they will threatened you on 2nd day after joining I will terminate you if you will not achieve the targets then why you hired someone if you want to terminate to spoil someone carrier, At least you should give training and time to new candidate but NO they changed after hiring and I lost my job in one week I was in meesho took risk and joined Glowroad but experience was pathetic the sales manager thinks he is the owner of the company and he said go if you dont want to work in front of all team and insult you in front of whole team you will feel shame on 2nd day the way they worked is a terrible.

Company work culture is too good. Seniors are very helpful. I had enjoyed my work very much.

In oct 2020, due to COVID issue I had need WFH for 10 days. They didn't provide that. That's why I had to resign the company.

This is a best platform to join and grow as entrepreneur with a very supportive system in present scenario as everything is online. Catalogs, suppliers,commissions and bonuses everything is secured and a best ever work from home opportunity for all those who believe in it.

I think the wallet crediting system is not much beneficial for resellers because if that amount is credited to their accounts based on orders it would be more useful.

I want to stay with my family now. The more time I took for promotion of ad, and I'm scared to work in online company.I worked as a reseller. Good work environment and culture. To be honest I know nothing about business. This was my new experience in taking effort in doing something new. I wish after my studies I may join for new job.

I suspect many fraudulent activities. A clear method of presentation was not given for beginners.

Job Security: Got call from HR that it's my last working day on 23 march. That was a shock coming from nowhere. Career Growth: if you worship TL & managers, yes you can grow. Skill : quality team doesn't know anything, give wrong feedbacks.

Everything was going well. One day I get call that it's my last working day. The reason given was current situation, there's no reason why it's me. People who worship the management they saved their jobs.
