Compensation is decent , but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high .Sometimes , I have work 14-18 hours straight in a day.

It's good to work with globus company, manager is very creative and skillful, his good Personality impact us. He taught us so many things about how to deal with different kinds of customers and the staffs are friendly, we used to encourage one another to build up our confidence level. Always We worked as a team and we focus on the target to achieve. As a teamwork most of the time we accomplished the task. I havea good time with here and learned a great lesson there.

Everything is great. Its the attitude of a person how he or she wants to pursue and takes it forward. Supportive department heads and management support is amazing and awesome.

they are not employee centric we don't even get basic benefits.. No proper working hour or day to work. You should always be ready to work

Only the same line staff are good otherwise am to area manager all are terrible they want sale only even if your are cashier still you neend to go to the floor and sale the product even customer Don't want any suggestion from sale boy but still manager will force you to talk with cust and then cust does irritate and left the place then blame would be on you that you can't Handle the cust there is No HR policy no HR was there in store even in head office as well Only manager or am can hire or fire the people
