I have Been Working In Globus Infocom Limited Company Since 1 Year and Company Gives Me Salary , Increment , Medical Facilities on time , Every Facility is provided and here the working conditions are very good presently i am working as a Service Engineer and I am Very Proud of my Organisation.

Dislikes

In this company manager treated engineers like workers and assigned tasks at any time, even at night. They didn't provide imprest money on time. The work zones were not defined, and engineers were sent from one place to another without planning. They also did not promote deserving employees.

Currently I am working with Globus Infocom Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

What I like about Globus is the culture and positive circumference. Globus has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely. Also, there is a good support and timely guidance from Management. We collectively work together, collaborate and solve problems. I learn something new almost every day. In Globus we have a culture of excellence. Also our clients hold us to a high standard.
