I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

...different position and assign you different tasks. Don't ever join this company. There is lot of communication gap, they don't give you salary. Instead of giving salary, they demand money from you. And Karine is totally fake lady don't ever trust her or work with her.

There is a lot of higher management politics. They literally put gun on their employees to get the work done. They don't pay their partners who work as freelancer for their company. Worst company to work with.
