It's my pleasure to work for this reputed organization who have taken care so well to their employees. During lockdown they have supported us so nicely..They arranged online classes to teach their staffs about new regulations. They called everyone personally to check everyone is fine or not.

Dislikes

The only thing during lockdown I didn't expect from the company is salary.The have deducted 75% salary. It's a big problem for us who is staying in Bangalore without their families

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

It is a good platform for the people who are just started their career in aviation industry and anyone can learn lot of skills and gain knowledge. GGI is very good at organizing documents trainings related to passport and visas. And being a part of GGI and a member of LH team I'm very glad that I have learnt a lot there. Thanks for everything. ...lly appreciate it and will show interest in working with it for longer period. And also should work on giving some impressive pay along with extra compensations(Bonus, Annual Hike and Health schemes). Rest all things are good at GGI.

The company is good. But some team leads will act as the owner of the airline and they show too much attitude and except that everything is good ....And the Terminal operation manager Prince poonacha is good and understand all the problem of staff and if you all face any difficulty reach out to him he will definitely help.....
