Hi I am working in this company as HR executive position for one year and I realize that company give less salary as according to your qualifications and experience. I give Some point to define the company culture and atmosphere. 1. Dirty types of politics in the office that effect the mind and work. 2. Senior are not supportive the trying to discourage and spread the negetavity. 3. Salary is not as per your qualifications and experience. 4. Upper management are not concern about the employee problem. 5. Work and life are not balance office time get beyond the working hours. 6. Job secruity are very poor and and uncertain. 7. Igo problem in the company every employee have ego problem. 8. Work pressure is very high manpower not sufficient according to work.

Love the shift timing and staff is also educated and qualified. environment is very nice. entire department are very cooperative and very knowledgeable.

HR is not much Qualified not gave proper response and they are not able to deal high lavel problems and they cant cover the Escalation however they take the help from headquarters and high commands. learning scenarios are also very low girls are not taking part in learning sessions.

We liked the policy of HR Department At Globe Toyota, Here every single Employee is given good respect, in this company every year Good increment given and the one who does good work is also parmoted, here all kind activities are also organised for the employees like sports, mehendi competitions, birthday celebrations, drowning competitions for children’s etc. physical check upon every employee is also provided Globe Automobile Group. Best performer employee is reward every month.

I want there should be such a management in globe automobile that before living the job to its old employee he should ask questions that why he is living the job do not let our old employee now, we have given him very good knowledge.
