...ve their own product,no training no induction they want result from day one.....hold salary in the first month if don't deliver revenue. Salary not on time ...hold salary if revenue is not satisfactory.. zero on knowledge enhancement...

No training, politics everywhere, holds your salary, exploit your client and data, company doesn't have own product....they want 4x revenue innthe first month if u fail your salary will be on hold,, irregular salary disbursement....deduct your salary unnecessary..no cordination

There is a zero job security.. customer are always in loss because of the entire globe senior authorities forced the employee to make trade.. and poor work environment. And Mr aklank jain and Nitin kulshrestha are the worst bosses I have ever seen and from jabalpur branch sarabjeet Singh(branch manager) and shreyansh rohra(team leader) they both are the example of "apna kaam banta bhaad me jaaye janta". Want to ban this brokerage industry because this industry always wants customer loss and make there brokerage... And last but not the least employee will fire from there job anytime... Request you all if you reading this please do not join globe capital market limit because it will make your professional and personal life hell.

The branch manager there was not at all good and his behavior was also not good. No human being was given respect there used to behave very badly Nitin Kulshrestha didn't even have the manners to talk

Office Timings are so comfortable so that we can manage work life balance. Also not much pressure for over achievement, just do whatever you're hired for. Company is satisfied with your work if you justify the cost.

Dislikes

Not much chances for Promotion and Increament. Little bit conservative structure and low top end support.
