Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Generation and Profitability: Responsible for driving revenue generation and managing profitability across the region, ensuring the attainment of sales and business objectives.
Team Leadership & Development: Motivate, guide, and provide training to Branches, Sales Teams, and Business Partners, ensuring they meet business goals and deliver successful outcomes.
Branch & Sales Team Management: Manage a team of Branch Managers and Sales Managers to generate revenue from brokerage and third-party products.
Sales Target Management: Oversee and manage a team of Relationship Managers focused on client acquisition through the sale of equity, currency, commodity-based investment products, and third-party offerings, with a focus on HNI clients to achieve targets.
Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high retention rates while also focusing on generating new business opportunities.
Risk Management: Ensure effective risk management by monitoring client exposure, preventing defaults, and ensuring clients maintain adequate margins to avoid margin calls.
Branch Operations Oversight: Oversee the daily operations of branches, ensuring adherence to regulatory norms such as KYC (Know Your Customer), compliance, and operational efficiency.
Market Analysis & Insights: Provide expert analysis of market conditions, gather key data, analyze trends, and offer comprehensive evaluations to meet clientele's financial objectives.
Operational Performance & Target Achievement: Ensure smooth operational performance across branches, driving business growth as per management requirements, and achieving the set targets.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the financial services or investment industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Deep understanding of equity, currency, commodity investment products, and third-party products.
- Experience in managing HNI clients and driving client acquisition strategies.
- Strong focus on client retention, relationship management, and business development.
- Ability to identify and manage risk exposure and ensure compliance with KYC norms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and provide actionable insights.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
