New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The only one good factor here is on time salary .

"The company has a quick hire-and-fire policy. Engineers are treated like supervisors, and favoritism is prevalent, leading to the neglect of other employees. The owners are not involved in the business, which allows top management to take advantage of the situation."
