The company is recruited me as a Oracle developer on working in Client location(tirupathi)..Directly i worked on project and learning so many thing during project explanation, the Team members are very supportive and helpful. I worked almost 1 and half year in client location related to examination project..After that i transferred from tirupathi to Hyderabad because of our project contract is over...

Dislikes

Compensation and benefits are poor and as well as very less salaries to Freshers...

Waste of time and putting all our eforts nothing growth.

... senoir worker are still working with 6 months to 10 months of pending salaries. And those who left the company they all didnot receive salary for years. Payments will not be in time. P F will be deducted from salary but it will not credited in to pf account? No job security? And also when ever we question about salary they transit to different states for workshop.

I like the company policy 6 months probationary period is given to employees to learn the work and it can be extended to 6 more months. Leave policy EL s and SL s also there, and comp offs also available.

Dislikes

They are not giving salaries regularly they give salary onec out of 4 months, in adition to that there is one short and black shadow manager is there his harassment is more on new employees.

It's right place to enhance the career in Soft skill training. Good support from the team and management.

15 years old company. Good work culture , but growth is slow. We have to work in PAN India as per client requirement. Travelling based job. most of the time we have to stay away from family
