No proper compensation as per nature of work. No direction/systematic nature of work. Management takes decision as per their own whims and even without assessment of ground reality. Fail to take feedback and improve on key areas, just keep pushing the same useless ideas again and again.

The timing. It works 9 to 5 so you get some time in the evening with your family and liesure

...hetic work culture. Top management clueless about their own financial situation. No fixed time of salary. Never ever join this company

I started my career with global space technologies my over all experience was good. company gives a lot opportunities to freshers and if you are looking for a company were you can grow yourself and learn technologies this is best

you will not get any compensation and management somehow unable to sustain senior employees . in fact those people give a lot to company growth and pass on the same culture to juniors too

The only good part was that the Senior developers and Team Lead were very supportive.

Dislikes

Almost zero to negligible attention towards employee welfare. You work over the overtime limits.(you never get any overtime incentive), lack of appreciation and acknowledgement for any amount of work that you do from the management / company as a whole. Through a Developer point of view Your time goes in resolving the mess created by others. Plus you get penalized for something that you were never related to begin with but you offered to help out of good faith. The management is clueless as to how to execute the deliverables.

Everything, There has been lots of Politics , No appreciation policy , use to do and there was no management. we people got burned in globalspace for me working there like suiciding. (HR) Terrible hr in world history, was the fool CEO i have ever seen . No help done for us. is a sucker (3 Monkeys) Finance department is the most terrible department
