Technologies used are fine , good to join if you olny keen toward money. No learning no helping environment. Recognition only works for Experienced persons. Not a place for Freshers or people who wants learning.

...nts. 2. No learnings 3. Poor management , no proper tracking for recognition. 4. No Appraisal , unless company seems you are giving double the work against salary you are getting or in case company needs you the most.

No proper training given to the employees, No job security, Senior Management will not take the feedback. Leaders are not at all guide the employee. Process are not aligned. More like a start up culture and they work in silos. HR will not work on the feedback given from the employees. No career growth and opportunities.

Likes

work- Life balance. Employees are never expected to work after work hours or on weekends. Open door work culture - Management is friendly, very supportive and extremely approachable. There's no politics. Sales team has probably the best commission structure in industry. There are ample opportunities to Learn and grow. Being a Japanese company salaries are credited even before the end of month. Being a relatively small organisation, it's more like a family.

Dislikes

there is nothing to dislike but always a room for improvements. More opportunities in personal growth trainings and career growth would be one of them.

The work environment at GlobalSign is very good and people are really very of helping nature.

Dislikes

You work so hard and achieve your targets but then also there is no promotion and only a simple appreciation,nothing else.
