...tive it's really good. Peers from Globallogic are really great and supportive. Initially provided package is good.

Dislikes

- No proper communication formal communications from the upper management. They announced the no appraisal information over meeting after 4 months of employees bothering about this whether it'll be provided or not. And there's no formal communication at all. It was announced like a mobster meeting. - Another headache is you have to update your work status into clients jira, local GSheet for the Chennai team and then another GSheet for Nagpur management. - In terms of work life balance, you need to attend lot of meetings in the late night. Since there's one more team working from USA.

I dont see any point to appraise yes but they are providing WFH as of now

...ercentage & its like 1 year have passed and funny thing is its still in process. 😛 2 year no hike no benefits.

No work life balance(12hrs min. working), no salary increment since 2yrs, every weekend working, no benefits like transaport, lunch, gym etc., promotions without hike(for only those who drinked with manager), poor laptops which are very slow.

Nothing to like this company is not good at all they are destroying career of everyone salary hike is on hold since last 2.5 years and they are just fooling employees on the name of recession

Work life balance is there. Process is there for goal and self evaluation.

Dislikes

Compensation is low and there is none since last 1.5 yrs. No additional benefits. Though all this depends on project to project. No onsite opportunity till now.
