Very worst appraisal.. fake promises during salary discussion

Dislikes

Worked for 2 years and got only 2000 rupees hike.. didn't got any joining bonus as they promised.. Hr will connect and ask to drop a paper and they will release immediately.

Best place for people who are skilled in buttering up the boss even if you don't have any other skill this only skill can take you way ahead.

Dislikes

no hike, appraisal, bonus, nothing on employee benefits is taken care of since last 3 years. will keep showing profits in townhall but when asked about hikes- they suddenly go in loses.

No hike since 2 years They are providing unjustifiable salary to their employees as per their skillset and when those employees come on bench then company gets collapsed and can't afford to pay hikes to its employees working on project by giving reasons as they have so many people on bench.
