ECS is a good company only for freshers who are not able to spend money for job search in city. The teammates are not bad and work environment looks good.But looking for better job is necessary because there is no career growth in this company and also less hike in salary with experience.

There is nothing I like about working in global logic.

Dislikes

... leave then you have to Inform it to your supervisor a month or 2 months before. The salary provided is not sufficient for today's needs.

Dislikes

One area I find less satisfying at GlobalLogic is the appraisal and salary structure. While the work and learning opportunities are great, the compensation sometimes doesn’t feel fully aligned with the effort and responsibility involved. A more competitive salary and clearer appraisal process would be motivating and could enhance overall job satisfaction.
