ECS is a good company only for freshers who are not able to spend money for job search in city. The teammates are not bad and work environment looks good.But looking for better job is necessary because there is no career growth in this company and also less hike in salary with experience.

There is no career growth in this company, skills we learn are not useful in future, no hike in salary with experience, no holidays for festivals and we can't balance life with this work.

Many employees feel the salary is not always competitive compared to other IT companies.Depending on the project, workloads can be high, especially with tight deadlines.There are fewer chances to work onsite (abroad) compared to some other IT companies.Promotions and appraisals can be slower in certain projects or departments.

One area I find less satisfying at GlobalLogic is the appraisal and salary structure. While the work and learning opportunities are great, the compensation sometimes doesn’t feel fully aligned with the effort and responsibility involved. A more competitive salary and clearer appraisal process would be motivating and could enhance overall job satisfaction.

Work life balance, easy projects nothing more to learn in these projects.

Salary in hand is really low u can expect as a fresher salary around 12500 (in-hand). nothing to learn here. Skill development is not good here.

Flexible with Work from. At least till now. Salary always comes on time. Thats all

Work life balance. Need to work 12-13 hrs daily. Along with that forced to take interviews on weekends. No appraisal from last 2.5 year. Very bad management. Very bad practices of cost savings.
