Flexible with Work from. At least till now. Salary always comes on time. Thats all

Dislikes

Work life balance. Need to work 12-13 hrs daily. Along with that forced to take interviews on weekends. No appraisal from last 2.5 year. Very bad management. Very bad practices of cost savings.

...scapegoating rather than finding solutions - Lack of appraisals and motivations - Unequal pay for more than equal work on same profiles - Disregarding talent and its requirements

Only the facilities they provided were good, nothing else.

...lly great. But his greatness was again suppressed by his fellow team managers. Salary that they provide is very less. I had a decent salary but as per to what i have seen with others its very less. I mean they lose their valued contributers just bcos they dont pay them much.

Job security is good as compared to some other service based company.

Dislikes

Bad work life balance, legacy projects, No Hike, No promotions. Toxic work culture that will lead to burnout and no feedback for improvement. Only work and work.
