GL was my first company and this place has given me only good experience. I have learnt and grown so much here. Work life balance is the best ever. I have never felt any sort of pressure. I was healthy and happy here. Although an employee's experience greatly depends on the team, organization also plays an important to give that kind of experience. They dont hesitate to spend money on employees and keep motivating by giving gifts for every small occasion.

Dislikes

Only thing I dislike is the fact that they pay less and there is negligible appraisal. For a fresher, since pay is not the most important thing, we can choose to ignore this point.

Skill development- you can learn to work in new technologies here .

Dislikes

No Job Security- They are firing the employee without any reason . For now instead of firing the employee, they are forced the employee to take 92 days leave without pay and search job from outside.

Work load is nominal. You can easily integrate into a team as fresher.

Dislikes

No salary hike and cheap tricks to tie you down on the same payroll. The new CEO and higher managemenr doesnt give a bats eye to employee expectations.

...- life balance here. Employees are ask to work 12-14 hours and on weekends also. And are told to have no expectation of compensation for that. Companies main focus is client only they don't think about their employees at all.

They hire people and ask them to apply for LWP(leave without pay) new technique of layoff. They have internally policy that they will fire people if they are on pool for 60. I was fired on the 12th day itself. They changes rule according to there will.

Dislikes

I request not to join in any condition. They don't have projects. They will ask to work for 24*7 shift in simple words call center job from a software developer having 2+ year of experience.
