There is proper system maintained by top management. People who leave the company will leave unhappy because of compensation. Cant get salaries on time. Delay of salaries will be two to three months.

Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high.
What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
