Things which I would like to mention while working in GVI are- - GVI Provides a platform where you can grow professionally and personally. In my experience so far, I have learnt real meaning of team coordination. - This firm gives you opportunity to innovate and respect others ideas. - One of the best things in all is, company encourages women empowerment as in total staff most of them are girls. - Environment in the company is positive and encouraging in terms of career growth. - Management is super supportive, understands their employees basic requirements. - If you are dedicated, company never disappoints in offering support in any aspects.

Dislikes

Everything has pros and cons but yes, I would rather say improvement instead of demerits. Overall company is growing and developing, but sometime it become monotonous while repeating same working patterns, so I would suggest morning briefing for the day or a short activity to charge up employees mood and to kick start the day.
