It is lala ka dukan not a company. From MD to Manager everyone is cunning and animal. Human being can't servive in forgest with animal. During my tenure I did not find one person who is happy there with anything. It is not a company. It is a place whrere if you are employed it means your karma had some issues which brought you here for atonement. Stay unemployed if you don't have job, die hungry if you don't have job but please don't join this shop else you will not be able to forgive yourself.

Work from Home & Free food. Only team leading to the company was US Staffing & inside Sales.

Small infrastructure, old fashioned and way to small mind. Leaders are like roadside salesman except few. No job safety, no growth.

Pathetic work culture, no leaders are good at english conversation, bad mouthing like management are very dedicated and employees are lazy. Just idiotic culture.
