Every thing. the work environment is utterly repulsive and overly politisized. the quality head of the organisation is deceitful and adept at manipulating situations to his advasntage , often taking credits for other's work. there is a lack of appreciation for employees and their contributions, making it the least desirable organization to work for . expect to be exploited in various ways with uncertain working hours that could extend well into the night. I strongly advice to avoid this place at all costs regardless of any tempting offers they might present!
