Worst work environment, no casuals on weekends, part of salary holding still completion of contract, no flexible timing for contract employees and there is no company transportation, no appreciation for the good work, micro surveillance on breakfast and tea breaks and to be compensated extra time at day end for the break times, non standard work style, worst management policies, even work stations are congested and get hurt with compact space, weak false ceiling may fell down any where, So nothing is good in this company policies.

No forecasting, No improvement, Lots of internal politics, lots of ineligible staffs, small boy manager, technically no person available. Simply waste Guys please look other option before selecting this company

Received extensive knowledge in working such Company and fulfilled my strong experience and confident to work in some other MNC Companies.

The Company is no longer for the long term Project. but for some duration of time.

the candidates are values are over looked upon the the department likes and dislike, and this hammers the appraisals Engineering department needs to revamp the system, every candidates is just delivering, but the facings the reworks later. all individual shall be proactive and work as a team to avoid the waste of man hours. all together management needs to think , why all the project they delivered between 2010 to 2015 was unable to gain profits,
