The only benefit provided by the company is WFH.

Dislikes

... no coordination among the top and lower management. No Promotion and Appraisal. I worked almost 3 years and there was not a single penny increment in my salary. I was working as Healthcare Recruiter and the company Capleo Global (Global Pharma Tek is for IT & Capleo is the part of GPT, for healthcare) got shutdown with immediate effect with no prior information. Same day it got shutdown and we became jobless. The only benefit they are giving is WFH.

This is the worst place to work. There is no value for employees, no work culture, micro-management, and no appraisal after doing so much hard work. They don't even appreciate us.

I always like to be a part of a team, In that company the work environment is absolutely fantastic and We gain lot of knowledge with interaction of such a wonderful people. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
