The only benefit provided by the company is WFH.

... no coordination among the top and lower management. No Promotion and Appraisal. I worked almost 3 years and there was not a single penny increment in my salary. I was working as Healthcare Recruiter and the company Capleo Global (Global Pharma Tek is for IT & Capleo is the part of GPT, for healthcare) got shutdown with immediate effect with no prior information. Same day it got shutdown and we became jobless. The only benefit they are giving is WFH.

This is the worst place to work. There is no value for employees, no work culture, micro-management, and no appraisal after doing so much hard work. They don't even appreciate us.

Global Pharma Tek is fast growing company as per market strategies. I always like to be a part of a team, In that company the work environment is absolutely fantastic and We gain lot of knowledge with interaction of such a wonderful people. They always support to me as team member, they taught me to gain more and more knowledge to improve career.
