Likes

New VP is good but no work-life balance. You can get call in the middle of night to resolve issues. Product is not at all stable.

Dislikes

Many dislikes. If you are in payex, forget about your own life. HR management will turn blind eye to your problems, seniors will emotionally ask you to support to save them from Monday calls.

*Not recommend for IT guys * Toxic culture No work like balance (you are Labor here and need to work minimum 12 hrs/day) No policies and Management No Job security No Development work , All project only for support roll. No value and no appreciation
