Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Dislikes

...on Box, I am not able to dislike but I can give suggestions for improvement. 1- Company has responsible to give bonus or increments the employees at least 10% salary in every year or family insurance facility etc . Employee will not move to any other company. 2- please don’t hire in less price of employees e.g. 3000 AED you will hire as engineer and easily he can more to 5 to 7k in market. Note:/ it is better to work with your employees and provide annual benefits as per market requirement . Nobody have not planned to leave company but due to some reason he left. I will not mention anonymous because I am giving positive suggestions and best of luck for grow company
