Work place is well managed and kept tidy all the time. Company provide festive bonus and management organizes food fests, team outings and other fun activities.

Dislikes

The team consists of many senior employees who are ego driven and bring in unwanted politics to the organization, which in turn affects the growth of the company. There isn't much scope for learning here as the senior employees doesn't enjoy passing on the knowledge they have and they consider your enthusiasm and taste for innovation as a threat to their job security. My immediate colleague who is a social media manager at Global Nurse Force, is an under qualified person who smiles to your face, would like to present himself as team player and supportive person in front of everyone but in reality is a backstabber who just can't stand the sight of someone else getting ahead in the company. He doesn't care about the progress of the company and innovative ideas unless he gets to present these ideas as his own, in front of the management. This person is a toxic gas lighting personality and he is the main reason I left the company for good. Anyone who is planning to join Global Nurse Force, keep an eye out for the guy.
