...hours everyday. Apart from this we r not learning anything with office politics. Making us work on weekends with no compensation for the same. We are not given our sick and causal leaves as well. Worst environment to work do not join the company.

Your initial 1-1.5 year is good wherein you get to learn lot of new things. However, post that you have to do repetitive tasks and that can be tedious. Culture is good and there is considerable work life balance. Good company to start your career with.

Egoistic manager rude behaviour there is no training given to freshers deadlines given on the very first day, if you complain nobody listens to you. Specially the manager is super bossy pathetic attitude.

Ensure that individuals are promoted based on their hard work rather than the awaiting incremental cycle. Be proactive in organized and appreciate the good talent with the organization consistently. This approach not only motivates individuals but also fosters an approach of encouragement among the team player

NOTHING. The company is terrible in work life balance, there is no log out time, no job security, you get laid off whenever the manager needs to cut cost. There was no log out time. We used to log in by 10:30 and there was no Logg off time, even on weekends we have to work. They want production to be done while the person is on client report too. They want sample to be done while the person is on client report. The seniors here are not at all concerned.

EVERYTHING. There is no such thing like work life balance here in this company. Please don’t waste your time applying in this company. Work culture is terrible here, they don’t even provide proper training’s to new joiners and expect that they will learn ME by themselves. If you don’t know how to make ME they will just fire you. They don’t even have proper siting place, proper office, nothing. Please don’t put your career on sake by applying in this company.
