Global IP Partners is a good company if a fresher is joining. The work culture is good and cross domain learning is available with all the colleagues and senior always helpful.

Dislikes

The salary component is way less that the industry standards it could be revised at least. Leaves are very less as well when compared to other organisation also no leave encashment which is again a major drawbacks. Also work from home is not available for people working from different state. People from different state you have to manage leaves accordingly for long vacation since total leaves are 13 only (6 sick leave and 5 casual leave and 2 optional leave)

Everything..If u want to see what is trauma then u may join there...They will deduct salary and tell you that u will receive that amount after one year but u never get that..they will deduct TDS amount also and tell you that u can claim the same next year when u file ITR..But in reality they dont pay anything to the govt..and next year No TDS will reflect in ur ITR online...They dont pay during notice period..i know many companies do that but they dont write this clause in the appointment letter..they do every possible thing to deduct money from wherever possible even if it is only 100rs..If you want to get harassed u may join there..They will say mean words ..Even the team lead will make fun of u in front of other teams if u commit a mistake but u will never be appreciated..when u join everything seems good..but when u come to know company politics ..then u face the reality and uptil then a lot of time would have passed...I think the good reviews on other platforms are made by forcing the employees otherwise nobody would say good about them..They dont care if u are sick..they ask u to do overtime anyday....endless things to say about them..but nothing good..Horrible company

Company Culture is good, right from the day one it was a friendly environment, Friday fun activity, birthday celebrations, and foremost good learning environment

Dislikes

Sometimes there is increased workload so there is tense environment but i don't think that this is to be disliked because the graph of life is also not steady it has phases, so does every job role.
