This is a company of 15-20 people. If you are fresher then you can join and will achieve good exposure. You are free to do and explore new technology also. I suggest , if you are fresher then join otherwise not.

Dislikes

They don't have proper management. Salary date is between 12-15 of every month. They do not give any salary slip monthly until you are working their. They will put whole project handling and management on the shoulder of the freshers. When you resign from Global Infoventures, they tried to blackmailing you. Also they didn't give verified your next job confirmation mail till you will call them. If you call them then they told to you that please do one day work in my company then I will verify you. They don't give you any how WFH. They are working on the offline system . They follow old school system.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
