1. NO JOB SECURITY . They can fire you any time. 2. HR Anil Bhagat is inhuman person. He speaks politly only at tye hr events and at the time of your joining. He takes n no. Of leaves and work from homes but others are not allowed to that. Such a bad person you have ever met. He always spying on every employee, who is taking how much times in lunch, in tea break, in toilet. This type of people makes work environment toxic. 3. Management is corrupted. If You have nice buttering skill then you will get salary hike on time. Few managers are really neutral. UI/UX head Palash Bhaumik is a double face person, he speaks sweetly infornt of you but he backstabs. One of the managers is a middle age married man, having affair with one of his team member, the girl is getting facilities in many way(promotion, hike,designation; though there are so many deservingcandidates are there). If you can give that special kind of service to the managers surely you will shine in this company. The Director Tamanash Dutta, pretends he is the nicest guy in the company. But he is also involved in the cruelty happen in the company.HR,Director, managers all are toxic. They don't know how to lead a company they only know how to torture employees other than the favourite ones. It's a trauma to work here.

Salary structure is good and their product is future proof.

They don't give Appraisal to anyone unless the employee is extremely good at his/her work. Job security is very low in this company. Your employment is terminated anytime even if you complete the task which is assigned to you.

The work culture is excellent. If you really work hard and prove your worth, seniors here will love you and teach you and make you better and make your potentially more worth to access and be a better employee throughout. People here are like family and helpful.

Job security is a bit low here because if the company does bad, they need to restructure and that might take away your job. Other than that there isn't anything else

Excellent learning experience for inexperienced frontend developer. Experienced technical leadership but bit outdated. Direct involvement in feature development. Good first-year experience.

Outdate technology stack and development tools Risk of skill stagnation due to legacy technologies. Very limited code quality control measures A large amount of technical debt accumulation. Rushed development cycles in every sprint. Hardcore favoritism, meaningless and poor decision making. Poor UI/UX planning and development.
