Hospital's management is thinking about the business expect it they don't value anything. Showings fake consideration is there strategy to use people. I've noticed that they will not give you growth options if you are not in their good looks. They will not understand or listen your problems and will treat you bad or good if you're useful for them and it all depends on HR to make you look bad.

From medical service team Dr pushkar is very kind and understanding person.

Dr mohit is worst person, I have ever seen, he is so manipulative and bias person. From medical service Dr jigna has no manners how to talk with Dr doctors, I am loosing my confidence to work in ER under Dr mohit.

I've done lot of work right from designing of SOP's, streamlining the process of non-medical administration, making MIS, have done 9001-2008 certification for all non-medical administration department.

No work culture, seniors are penalising, no recommendation,
