It's a amazing experience in this organization. It's Calture is very helpful and motivating I would not forgat professional lesson.

Dislikes

This organization is away form Vadodara city near about 40 km so daily traveling it's a bad thing so daily work 9 hour and 3 hour extra traveling.

Provides a platform to explore your knowledge and develop your interpersonal skills along with a better career growth. Great Team spirit obsetved and healthy inter-departmental co ordination. The company culture is casually professional where colleagues are friendly which creates a positive work environment. Overall a very good experience.

Dislikes

Timely Appraisals/Increments not provided. Growth is slow. Disturbs work-life balance to a greater extent.. may need to work for 12 hours or more sometimes. Also, requires working on Sundays.
