Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

The company open just before 3 year and adopt growth rapidally. They provide good training to fresher employee. Teammates are high quality and reliable.

Dislikes

Teammates are good and very understanding to new trainee. Growth rate little bit slow. But for fresher the company is good to learn new thing.
