There is no proper salary hike and we can't choose the domain that we can work and we can't shift to other domain which we are interested in

Likes

Management treats the teachers as bonded labours and very rude particularly lacks courtesy towards its employees and burdenswiith over time responsibilities egging on the efficiency of its staff using teachers for even software programs and pays no credit for the amount if over time work. The only good thing is they provide a lunch for iys employees but drains tge staff physically and mentally too.

Dislikes

The Tasks that they assign even after working hours it distitbs the family time and sudden agendas that they plan untimely. Respectless comments of Mrs.Swathi the managing director who loses her temper and very often are really offensive......
