Except for the salary part everything is good here. Leaves are not a problem. Good for gaining knowledge about the domain one is working on. Work life balance exist. This review is for Kolkata office as the head office is in Noida and I don't know there work culture.

Again I am reviewing about Kolkata office. The salary is bad even though the company earns a lot of revenue. The head of the Kolkata office is the company's VP(Amit Ghosh) who is a corrupted guy, whatever he says we have to follow blindly. He has a foul mouth, behaves rudely with us and has an unprofessional behaviour. Whatever he says we have to agree(even if it is not correct) otherwise our job will be at stake. Furthermore he has employeed his illiterate wife who draws salary every month without doing anything or coming to office. He uses the company's peons for his own personal use rather than office purpose.

Noida Office live long!...Too good staff.

Kolkata office get lost. Too much politics is associated with Kolkata office. Beggar like salary. Whenever I call for my pending salary as they love give half salary. there is HR sitting who is too rude and a big liar. God knows what the VP does.

...tive to each other. Work environment is good. And job security is very good too. Salary is basic but there is 1 appraisal in an year.

The company has manufacturing world class products, of that 90% sells out of India. I blessed by God so that I got this job in staring of my career. This is my first job where I have worked in the manufacturing industry, that is beneficial for my career.

Dislikes

Here is no any other facilities, The management is very strict means though we're working in shifts but there is no any relaxation of a minute in timing. The management is not so much interested in our opinion or suggestions regarding the operation.

In this company Directors are very descent and gentleman. Noida office culture is nice. But in Kolkata it is worst
