...ofessional growth 2. No one listens to your problems once you land in Muscat. 3. No salary hikes for years and no proper reasons for doing so. 4. No opportunities for learning new technologies 5. No performance evaluations 6. No respect for the employee's time and dedication 7. Company policies are so worst when compared to even a very small company in Oman. Majority of small companies provides family visa and family medical insurance. But being a big company with nearly 400 members staff, this company doesn't even care about family. 8. Employee efforts are not appreciated

There is nothing positive to say about it. As there are more dislikes from day one of joining. Due to family issues need to stay with the job.

Dislikes

Politics among management. Delay in payment for overtime, no proper timing for work. You need to work sometimes 24/7. They will put you in a project where there is no expertise of yours just to show count for tender.

1. One of the top IT companies in Oman 2. Great place to work 3. Allowances - HRA, TA, Medical insurance and LTA etc 4. Diversified staff

Dislikes

1. Company revenue mainly on few major contracts 2. very few chances for Training and upskilling for staff working on-site 3. Delay for management decisions
