Salaries are paid every 3/4 months. Although some workers get paid on time like myself.You can not depend on this job to run your home. It is a very small company not a place to grow.

...y gove delayed salaries till the time one doesn't ask for it they will not give. I received my december's salary in February mid that to when i called them on the daily. I gave my resignation on 20th feburary and till date it has not been accepted. They are highly unprofessional will assign marketing and sales to trainers even they ask them to do telecalling to.anyobe and everyone.

Working for GCPL was a nightmare, as they are the worst pay master. First 2-3 months salary will come on time, later on your 2-3 months salary will be pending and they will never pay your 3 months salary.They are cheat, avoid it.

Working for GCPL was a nightmare, as they are the worst pay master. Initial 2-3 months salary, you will get on time, later on you will adjust yourself with 2-3 months salary pending. When you will quit in desperation, not able to run your home, you have to sacrice your 3 months salary minimum.

Compensation is decent, work pressure is very high, Mostly they conducts office meeting after office hours, incentives not declared.
