Management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is not possible with this company there is no bond of hiring or firing and never give any kind of experience certificate n all. On the job training is totally time wasting and also not given a true training to new joiners . In this company there are so many useless excuses like you are a girl you should not do this or that you can't meet your client Infact they never fullfill clients need and expectations whatever they said they just need only a lots of business through you but they can't invest to fullfill your words which you gave to your clients and for that reason you are a liar for your clients In this company there are lots of expectations with you but the company can't give you freedom whatever needs your business

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
