A great place to work for people who are looking for growth and learning. Good and diverse work environment and also friendly approach towards employees. Ideas and opinions are always taken into consideration and appreciated. There is work-life balance and constant encouragement for personal and professional growth. Happy to say that I work in a value-driven organization.

Dislikes

There is everything. You want a good work culture which you don't get. You want life apart from work which you won't get. There's job security that you want which you won't get. Good/Decent managers is something you'd expect which you won't get. The list is never ending

It's a great place to start working. The management is very supportive, colleagues are understanding and there are ample learning opportunities. Work life balance is excellent.
