In Manufacturing , sales and R&D every employee received full salary irrespective of attendance. In Manufacturing all the employees are given home delivery of ration and essential food items.

...a they just think the new guy should know everything. Lastly the canteen is pvt. you have to pay minimum 50 still you don't get quality food.

In Glenmark Nashik plant. You can experience working in most of dosage form which will help to get knowledge expansion. There is no restriction in learning in new department other than assign dept.

...need to wait for that. From company very less facility were provide to employee. In name of Cost cutting so much discomfort was faced by employee.
