Very pathetic environment They give so much pressure to employees for Target. Target should be achieved any means. Senior managers also know that medical reps are exporting medicines but this is always done Management give unachievable targets Please doint join this company

In Glenmark there is good work culture and a suitable environment for learner but when if we talk about pay than it is tuff here , but job is safe here. Over all it is a better than nothing.

In Glenmark some coluge are treat politics and whole year you are a hard worker but in last when time comes of increment then boss cheat with doer, and this is a process of increment its called KRA.

No focus on career growth of individual employees. All efforts of HR seem to be on saving money by limiting compensation or hiring cheaper people rather than employee skill development. No efforts made for team bonding activities.
