In Glenmark there is good work culture and a suitable environment for learner but when if we talk about pay than it is tuff here , but job is safe here. Over all it is a better than nothing.

In Glenmark some coluge are treat politics and whole year you are a hard worker but in last when time comes of increment then boss cheat with doer, and this is a process of increment its called KRA.

Likes

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Compare to other companies, basic salary is less, extra working hour is more, till reliver won't come and take status of your work place you can't leave the shift, if your performance is good or if you gave highest output you get gift, for learner, beginner it is a best campany.

Good job security .HR department slove the problem employers .Good learning centre .New innovation work at Gujrat side ....Project Kavach very good social activity laouch ...at Ankleswar Gujrat side..very well good Management all over Glenmark side .....

...and culture. Teammates some people supportive but management are not supportive. company policies are good, appraisals are not fair and they are not give good salary. Bonus are fair every year.

Increments are not fair every year. Management talking/spoting behavior are not good in my job period. Because management are not give me increments in my 3 year job time period. Canteen facility is very poor. Sometimes it was common to find makhi, cockroaches, etc.in the food. We complaint to management but management never thought about it.
