...lpful and enjoyed my tenure like college life just because of my friends only. The Company gives you average salary hike and depends on your maneger.

The Finance department in Glen is the wrost beacouse of management.Meanwhile you feel like hell in the finace department.Managements takes 2 hours and more useless meeting, and fun fact in these meetings is that you will stand on your feets. you will be frustrated 😔at that time, but management enjoyed😂.The days schedual of the finance department is very simple. I am explaining for new joiners. you will spend 4 hours at your work , 30 min at your lunch and the rest in meetings🥱. Yoy will be mentally ill for many time after few days of your joining. Every time you will feel very frustrated and mentally depressed and unmotivated due to aggressive, and very bad behaviour of the departmental management.

...ement is transparent. There is a hugs cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling . Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and thay give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. salary is decent but career growth is slow . There is a bound of 4 years before which you cannot resing . On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Very good and sporting company all manegent very honest and hard working

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. No work pressure I have to work 08-10 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening . Growth is very nice

Company policy is very good and suitable for flexible working with dealers and distributors

Nothing is there for disliking. But company should do something for advertising in market for creating a Goodwill. Everything is good 👍👍

If you are hard worker so your job 100% safe Working culture is very well. Management is so good no any type politics here. Company policy is Good time to time increments and provide employee related other benefit's...
