The company is good.The products are good and high quality based. good system and culuture. i am very lucky to part of this company.teamates are good. training is very good. it is to learn.careere growth is easy,but ery difficult. work environment is good.

Dislikes

They interfering our personal life and making various issue. tanning isn't much as noneffective salary.it is a business.not a job sir. no work hour in this company exist.we cant learn about products regularly.. they dont teach us about products properly. environment is not as much effective.i get to travel many areas of odisha and outside odisha with my money.company dont provide any travel allowance to us.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

It is a marketing company and has launched many products. The company charges money to join it.

... positivity in my self. But i was not able to continue my studies so i left it. The company did not gave any fix salary.
